Utva Aircraft Industry, based in Pancevo, Serbia, has been manufacturing aircraft since 1938. The UTVA-75 is used by Serbian and regional military air forces for primary flight training. Utva also manufactures agricultural aircraft for Balkan crop dusting operators.
