Kikumasamune Sake Brewing, established in the Nada district of Kobe, is one of Japan's oldest sake producers using the traditional kimoto brewing method. Nada is historically Japan's premier sake-brewing region. Kikumasamune exports to the US, Europe, and Asia, and is known for its dry, full-bodied Nada style sake.
