Hirbawi Textile Factory, founded by Yasser Hirbawi in 1961 in Hebron, is the oldest continuously operating kufiya manufacturer in Palestine. Eight looms produce the traditional cotton-and-wool patterned scarves, which are exported worldwide as cultural and heritage goods. Products are sold through the official kufiya.org online store.
