Siniora Food Industries was established in Sahab, Jordan, in 1992, carrying forward a brand tradition from Jerusalem dating to 1920. The company produces cold cuts, canned meats, frozen foods, and ready meals from one of the region's most advanced processed-meat facilities, with a capacity of 43,000 tonnes per year and 600 individual product lines. Siniora exports throughout the GCC and Levant and operates distribution centres in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
