Productos Ruca was founded in 1948 in the city of Granada as a result of the association of several members of the Martín Molina and Rubio Casero families. We began our activity as suppliers of seasonings and spices for the traditional "MATANZA" domestic pig slaughter, and gradually specialized in the production of PREPARED CONDIMENTS for the preservation of these sausages. In those early years, our activity led to a continuous change of facilities throughout the capital of Granada, until in the 1960s we built our first factory in the Barrio de los Pajaritos.
