Il Stingiglione processes the various bee products in an organic way: honey, pollen, propolis wax and royal jelly. The flagship is represented by the DOP honey from Lunigiana, the first in Italy to have obtained DOP recognition, the only Bio-DOP & Solidarity. All the production activities of the Village exploit alternative energy thanks to the 100 kW photovoltaic system.
