Artificial casings are a broad field of expertise. The multitude of basic raw materials (collagen, polyamides, textiles, cellulose, viscose, etc.), their processing, and finishing are our specialty. Our trading company, founded in the early 1990s, originated from a meat product production facility. The family-owned business, Forster Fleischwaren in Lenting, was initially our main partner. The purchase of artificial casings for our own butcher shop marked the beginning of Interbrok, a company that has been operating successfully for over 30 years.
