R.L. Seale & Co. Ltd. was founded in 1926 and operates the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados, established in 1996 on a converted sugar factory. Under fourth-generation distiller Richard Seale, Foursquare produces the critically acclaimed Exceptional Cask Selection series alongside heritage brands Doorly's, Old Brigand, and ESA Field. As of 2024 the distillery holds over 45,000 casks and is Barbados' largest privately-owned rum exporter.
