We only make ham because we want to make it really good, sweet, fragrant and fragrant. We begin with a selection of the raw material, purchasing only top quality legs, and then move on to the production phases certain of the result. The freshly trimmed leg, which is not yet ham, begins its journey towards nobility. All the processing, from start to finish, is carried out in an artisanal manner, through the hands of the masters who linger lightly on the meat, like a musician knows how to do with his own instrument.
