Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a joint venture of GAIL, OIL, NRL, and the Government of Assam, operates a gas cracker complex at Lepetkata, Assam, producing ethylene, polypropylene, and HDPE. It is the first petrochemical complex in Northeast India and a key anchor for the region's plastics downstream.
