Bahrain Aluminium Extrusion Co. (BALEXCO) was established in 1977 as the first aluminium extrusion plant in the Arabian Gulf and is the fourth-largest extrusion company in MENA. The company manufactures architectural window frames, door profiles, grilles, flagposts, and lampposts, exporting 70% of its 32,000 tonne annual output to GCC and Arab markets. Its Special Fabrication Centre handles custom architectural aluminium elements for construction projects regionally.
