Home - Alcass research and development markets and products healthy freezing nutrition and sustainability quality frozen food, between tradition and innovation The history of our company is the story of a traditional Italian family. It began in 1987 in Bedizzole (BS) in the heart of the rural Brescia countryside. The greatest adventures always begin with an act of courage, whether small or large. Ours was more of a gesture of trust towards new food technologies, and in particular towards new food freezing techniques. Over the course of a decade, Alcass became a true refrigeration specialist and pioneer in the sector, thanks to significant innovations.
