Ferme de l'Ambène - sale of organic meat in Charbonnières les Varennes
The Ambène farm is located in Charbonnières-les-Varennes in an idyllic setting, near the Puy de Verrière and the Ambène river. Breeders of Vosges cows, simmentals for the dairy workshop, but also Charolaises and some Salers for meat, we transform part of our milk into butter, fresh tome, skyr, faitselles, pasteurized milk and cheese caps. We also offer cured beef and meat at retail and in packages. Our farm is certified in Organic Agriculture and HVE level 3. All our products are available for self-service from June 30, 2026 on the Loubeyrat town hall square.
