LA SPIRULINE D OLT
Olt Spirulina | Aquaculture - Health - Ecology
I fell into the pot in 2001 during a first trip to Africa where I encountered spirulina and its ability to solve malnutrition problems. After my initiation I was able to technically help farmers in Northern Mali to cultivate their own spirulina. Back in my native Quercy, it was in 2006 that I decided to set up as a producer in Nougayrac, the land of my ancestors. Passionate about biodynamics, water and ecology, over the years I have developed an aquaculture method based on respect for living things, the preservation of resources and with the objective of offering you excellent quality spirulina.
