Who says germination says humidity. At the end of good germination, the humidity level exceeds 50%. At this level, there is no point in trying to keep sprouted barley for more than a day. With the increase in workload and the lack of labor, many breeders have stopped this production. It is based on this principle that we have developed a manufacturing process which includes desiccation (drying at low temperature) which allows us today to offer you a sprouted barley which keeps very well while preserving all of its nutritional benefits. Since then we have developed our field of activity by carrying out shaping. Today we specialize in the manufacturing of custom complementary foods for farm animals.
