About
Azienda Agricola Mammarella, based in Pescara, Abruzzo, is a family-run organic farm producing extra-virgin olive oil from Gentile di Chieti and Leccino groves, as well as bronze-drawn semolina pasta made from organically grown Abruzzo durum wheat. The oil is cold-pressed at harvest and the pasta is slow-dried to preserve texture. Products are sold through specialty food importers and organic delicatessens in Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, where Abruzzo-origin ingredients are recognised for their quality. EU Organic certification and HACCP compliance underpin all production.
